Complete renovation of a country cottage.

Space plan the building and electric plans. Evaluation of short listed building contractors and estimation of work to be carried out. Consultation on all fixtures and fittings. Up-cycling of clients existing furniture. Soft furnishings and decoration.

Julia had real insights into how and why things work – we moved rooms around, planned lighting schemes and overall design – all with a clear eye on cost and future-proofing the project. It’s not only Julia’s extensive design training that you get the benefit of, but also her own considerable experience of project management, builds, local tradesmen and even the county council. I’m excited to be working with her again in the near future, knowing that she will help me meet the challenge of a pool house being built and designed from the groundwork’s up. She has wonderful interpersonal skills and is a thoughtful and energetic and resourceful person to work with.
